아울러 자회사 제니스월드의 흡수합병을 통해 기존에 분산되어 있던 비트의 지분을 통합하여 2대 주주로서 Eco-Almag 사업의 경쟁력과 실행 역량을 더욱 강화하였습니다.

Based on the founding philosophy of “Technological Contribution to the Nation” through domestic equipment, APS Group began with software in 1994 and, over the past 30 years, has developed core process equipment in the display, semiconductor, and secondary battery sectors. As of 2024, it has grown into a group comprising 21 listed and unlisted affiliates.

Looking ahead, APS Group aims to achieve “2030 Triple 3” — KRW 3 trillion in revenue, KRW 300 billion in operating profit, and a market capitalization of KRW 3 trillion by 2030. To reach this goal, the Group will continue to explore high-growth global opportunities in future-oriented sectors such as AI, robotics, defense, beauty, and biotechnology, evolving into a Global Technology Leading Group.
